To place a Re-Order for a Personal or Team Jersey you have 4 options.

The only info you need handy is:

(A) The Team Name (example: Team Zoo Crue, XSV, Texas Bass Fishing Co, etc...). If the Re-Order is for not a Team 

 Jersey, but a Personal Jersey, then Just give us the Persons Name that ordered the Jersey last.

(B) The Name Of A Person That Has Ordered One Before. (example: John Smith). The Name is not always needed, 

 but can help us find your jersey much faster.

Note:

There is no Set Up Fee for Re-Orders (unless changes to the jersey design or logo layout are made).
